Motoring Offences Fees

PLEASE NOTE OUR FEE AND FEES FOR DISBURSEMENTS EXCLUDE 20% VAT

Our fixed fees for Motoring Offences are:

Drink Driving Offence, Due care and Attention, Drive whilst Disqualified - Guilty Plea fixed fee of £300.00
Exceptional hardship argument to avoid totting up disqualification - £500.00

Fee’s Include:

1-hour Attendance and Preparation
Considering evidence
Taking your instructions
Providing advice on procedure and sentence
Attendance and representation at a single hearing at the Magistrates Court
Advice on Appeal

Fee’s DO NOT include

Instruction of any Expert Witnesses
Taking statements from any witnesses

Not Guilty Plea fixed fee of £800.00

Fee’s Include:

Up to 3 hours Attendance at Office and preparation
Taking Instructions
Giving advice on sentence and court procedure
Attendance and representation at first hearing at Magistrates Court and thereafter at any trial hearing at the Magistrates Court
Taking witness statements
Advice on Appeal
