Criminal Law Solicitors

Established in 1971, the Criminal Department at Roger James, Clements and Partners deals with all manner of criminal cases from their inception at the Police Station through to the Magistrates, Youth and Crown Court.

There is a Duty Solicitor in the department who assist those Defendants who may be unrepresented at the police station or the Magistrates or Youth Court.

As well as representing Defendants who are proceeded against by the police, the Criminal Department at Roger James, Clements and Partners also assists those Clients facing proceedings brought by such bodies as Trading Standards, Revenue and Customs and Local Authorities.
