Pay Online Terms & Conditions

Roger James Clements & Partners Limited (Company Registration Number: 12750685) provides this online payment facility as a convenient way for clients to make payments to us.

If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we will consider a refund in accordance with our client care charter, our terms and conditions of business, and the professional code of conduct of the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

If you need any assistance with a payment you have made, please contact us directly for further information. If a payment has been made in error, please contact our accounts team on 01633 257844 or by email at enquiry@rjcp.co.uk. Refunds are normally at the discretion of the management.

We may cease acting for you if any interim bill remains unpaid after one month of delivery, or if a reasonable request for payment on account of costs is not met. The Solicitors Act 1974 provides clients with rights to challenge a bill; please contact us if you require further details.
