Mark Whitcutt

Mark read law and Philosophy at Cardiff University, and later gained a postgraduate (M.Phil) degree. He has over 25 years’ experience in practice and specialises in Employment law, but occasionally undertakes some work in other areas of civil practice, including local government, education and contract law.

He has previously worked in both the public and private sectors, including at Edmunds and Trump Solicitors (Newport), as in-house Counsel at St. David’s Catholic College and the Welsh Government Education Department on legislation. He has worked at RJCP since 2011, represented both employees and employers and dealt with many household name companies and organisations. He has established a niche practice in employment work.
