Arran Bhatti

Arran is a Solicitor and Head of Commercial Property with extensive experience advising landlords, tenants, investors, developers and business owners on a wide range of property matters. Having trained and practised at Legal 500 and Top 80 UK law firms, he has developed significant expertise in acquisitions, disposals, asset management, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects across a variety of sectors. In his role as Head of Commercial Property, Arran leads the department's strategic growth and client service offering.

Arran takes a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clear, practical advice. He regularly advises on acquisitions, disposals, leasing transactions and development projects, acting for clients at every stage of the property lifecycle. His experience includes negotiating transactional documentation, undertaking title investigations and due diligence, and managing matters involving multiple stakeholders. Known for his responsive and approachable manner, Arran works closely with clients and professional advisers to ensure matters progress efficiently and successfully from instruction through to completion.
