Mark read law at Cardiff University, where he also obtained a research degree and undertook the Legal Practice Course. He subsequently practised as an Assistant Solicitor (litigation) at Edmunds and Trump Solicitors, before working as Director of Legal Services and Personnel at St. David’s College, Cardiff. He was also seconded for two years to the Welsh Government advising on draft legislation.

Mark now specialises in employment law and has been with the firm since 2011. He regularly conducts cases in the employment tribunal. He has considerable experience in HR issues having been a Director of HR in a large college. He also has expertise in general litigation and public law including Ombudsman complaints against public office holders and officials having worked in the public sector and civil service for a number of years.
