Home Information Packs

We are a firm that can provide a fast and effective Home Information Pack service.

As from the 6th April 2009 every residential property that is marketed for sale must have in place a Home Information Pack before it is sold by an estate agent or marketed by yourself privately. Our packs costs £250.00 inclusive of VAT which is a very competitive price in the market and a complete pack should be available within 4 or 5 working days.
